Obtaining missing and/or Corrective Discharges and Assignments can be both a time consuming and frustrating experience due to bank closures, take overs, mergers and multiple loan servicing companies.  Often firms are overwhelmed with the day-to-day challenges of real estate closings and closing deadlines and find that they are unable to devote the necessary time and resources to effectively clear title issues.
